Delivery times

The delivery time for orders is 24-72 working hours from when the order is placed (only for peninsular shipments; the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other destinations are excluded). All shipments to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be made by a transport company. For the rest of the destinations, consult before placing your order . (we will be expanding the shipping areas, you can see them in the table below) If for any reason the order has to be delayed, we will contact you to let you know, we will also provide you with an order tracking number by email.
Shipping rate:

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear broken down at the end of the purchase before finalizing and making payment. The expenses will be calculated depending on the destination and therefore will be:

Spain (peninsula): €6 Portugal €9
Canary Islands (Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria): €18
Canary Islands (rest of islands): €22
Balearic Islands (Palma de Mallorca): €12
Ceuta and Melilla: €18

Shipping costs will be free on purchases over €70 (only for peninsular shipments; the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other areas are excluded.

Can I place an order from outside Spain?

At the moment this complete option is not available. But you can contact us through the email info@aluhe-shop . com and we will help you find the best way to get your order to you.

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier goes to deliver the order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave you a notice or contact you by phone to make the delivery. You can also pick up the order at one of the carrier's offices.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?

If after a period of 5 working days for orders with delivery in the peninsula from the confirmation of your order you have not received it, contact us by email at info@aluhe-shop . com

Transportation costs (both shipping and return) will be refunded only when aluhe-shop . com is responsible for the cause of the product return (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.).

Important Notice: We cannot guarantee whether or not you will be charged additional taxes or duties. Any customs or import fees are collected once the package arrives in its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
