If you wish to exchange or return a product purchased at aluhe-shop.com, you can do so within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery date, except for jewelry and accessories.
If you wish to exchange your order for a different item in a different size or color, you will have to place a new order and process the return of the unwanted item.
All returned items must be in perfect, unused, unwashed condition and with all their original tags and packaging. Articles that do not meet these characteristics will not be accepted.

Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days following receipt of the order.
